1. F4 - toggle document full screen
2. Ctrl while dragging the guides for smart guides
3. Alt+F11 - toggle Live View
4. Ctrl+Shift+I - toggle all visual aids

Flash CS4:
1. F4 - toggle document full screen
2. Ctrl+1 to zoom at 100% and Ctrl+2 to zoom to fit in window
3. J - toggle the Object drawing mode
4. B - toggle between the standard brush and the spray brush tool
5. Alt- to extend timeline layer if the timeline is set to be span-based at the Preference setting
6. Ctrl-Spacebar - show code hint
InDesign CS4:
1. Shift+Opt+Cmd / Shift+Alt+Ctrl when dragging a loaded multi-place cursor to draw a grid of pic frames
2. Use Up / Down cursor when drawing pic grid (see #1.) to increase / decrease number of frames
3. When Placing text or images, in the Place dialog box, hold the Shift key when clicking Place to get
the Place Options dialog
4. Switch from Selection tool (black pointer) to Text tool by double clicking a text frame
5. Switch from Select tool (black pointer) - used to edit the frame - to Direct Select tool (white pointer) - used to edit the image in the frame - by double clicking a pic frame

Photoshop CS4:
1. Delete selected layer by pressing the delete key. Doesn't matter which tool is selected at the time.
2. Command + ~ (tilde) switches between open documents
3. Spring loaded keys allow you to temporarily activate a tool by holding down the assigned key. Once released it will revert to the originally selected tool.
4. Rotate View Tool - R
5. Command + 1 will adjust zoom level to 100%
